Hip Gnosis is currently in private beta. Our full privacy policy is being finalized and will be published here before public launch. If you have questions about how your data is handled, please contact us at contact@hipgnosis.ai.

What we collect

When you use Hip Gnosis, we collect information necessary to deliver your personalized session:

• Account information — email address and authentication details, managed by Clerk.
• Intake conversation — the messages you exchange with our AI during your session intake. This is used solely to generate your hypnosis script.
• Session data — your generated script (stored encrypted) and your audio file.

How we use it

Your data is used only to generate and deliver your session. We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for marketing, or use your intake conversations to train public AI models.

Third-party services

Hip Gnosis uses the following services to operate:

• Clerk — authentication
• Supabase — database and file storage
• Anthropic / xAI — AI script generation
• ElevenLabs — voice synthesis
• Vercel / Railway — hosting

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

Adult content

The Spicy section of Hip Gnosis (spicy.hipgnosis.ai) contains adult content. Access requires confirmation that you are 18 years of age or older. Intake content for Spicy sessions may include sensitive personal information; it is stored encrypted and handled with the same protections as all other session data.
